My old girl, Bella, is almost 14. She's a black mouth cur who's all white in the face now. That doesn't mean she isn't interested in chewing and treats though! So, I bought it to help her scrape her teeth, get some good chewing in and enjoy a special treat. She has great bite power but she's not cracked it try. She's more shredding it strip by step. She loves it. Her little brother has illusions of grandeur and also got into the action of chewing. Low odor, excellent chew and entertainment for the pups young and old.

Our Fox Red Lab, Cash, is almost one year old and has absolutely obliterated every type of bone we have tried with him in minutes. Yesterday, he received his ostrich bone and was so excited. He spent most of the afternoon with it and it hasn't been destroyed. He loved it so much I immediately signed up for a subscription. Thank goodness I have “discovered” these bones! My super chewer is prone to pancreatitis so I needed a low fat option for her. Additionally, chewing is one of the only ways she can really manage some of her anxiety. This long bone lasts a good 3 to 4 days, which is 3 to 4 days longer than any beef bone I used to give her. We are so pleased!

I was so excited to give this to Stormi. She loves chewing on bones, but so many splinter. When I first gave the bone to her, she did strip away a long “string”-like piece from the bone, but I threw it away and she’s been loving the bone for the past few days without issue. She loves it!

I genuinely didn’t believe these would last more than a few hours tops. I have two 100# dogs who are extreme chewers and not only are these lasting, but the pieces that do come off are generally shredding and NOT splinters. My Akita mix has an extremely sensitive stomach and these are also tolerated well in terms of digestion without any GI issues. I will definitely keep up a subscription to these!
