We offer a 180-day return policy. This means you have 180 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
Unused Products
- Unopened and unused products are eligible for return within 180 days.
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items simply because a dog does not like the product.
This applies to all chews, bones, and edible items once they have been offered to a dog.
Product Performance & Quality Issues
If a product does not perform structurally as described, or if there is a legitimate quality or defect issue:
- Please contact us as soon as possible with details (and photos if available).
- After evaluation, we will offer a refund or replacement, even if the product has been used.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow your bank or credit card company time to process and post the refund.
